What this website collects

This website doesn't store anything you type. The contact form only opens your own email app with your details filled in. Nothing is sent until you press send there, and nothing is saved on this site. There are no accounts or logins.

Information you send us

When you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include, such as your name, business name, city, email address, current website, photos and details about your business.

How we use it

We use your information only to provide the service: to reply to you, make your concept, build and launch your site, and handle payments. We don't sell, rent or trade your information.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach us. We can see basic payment details, such as your name, email address, the amount and the date. Stripe's own handling of your data is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies or ad tracking.

Services that help run this website

This website is hosted by Netlify, and its fonts load from Google Fonts. Like any web server, these services may process basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the page. Email you send us is handled by our email provider.

Your data requests

To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email hello@brightsignweb.com. We may need to keep payment records that are required for tax and accounting.
