Brightsign Web builds websites for local service businesses for $400 flat: a $200 deposit and $200 at launch. This page explains when you pay, how to cancel and when you get your money back.

The homepage concept is free, with no obligation. You don't pay anything unless you decide to go ahead with the full build.

The $200 deposit

The $200 deposit is paid only after you approve your concept.

• If you cancel before we start the full build, the deposit is refunded in full.
• Once the build has started, the deposit is non-refundable.

The final $200

The final $200 is due only after you approve the finished site, before launch.

When refunds arrive

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
